About Analog

We preserve what experts know
and put it to work.

Analog exists to capture the knowledge that critical industries can't afford to lose, and to scale it into more efficient operations, higher-quality work, and new opportunity through intelligent resource activation.

Why We Exist

Since 2019, Analog's mission has been to accelerate frontline workforce performance in manufacturing while standardizing complex training. Leveraging AI, immersive, and cloud technologies, we specialize in data engineering and software development. Today, we capture expert experience and convert it into training, troubleshooting, and support systems for complex equipment and processes.

Analog started with a problem we could not ignore: the egregious gap between how critical industries train their people and what that training actually delivered. Beginning in healthcare, we saw the same pattern everywhere. Information delivered poorly, knowledge lost between experts and new hires, and the real cost measured in lower retention, lower confidence, lower quality, and more errors. We believed there was a better way to deliver knowledge, one that built confidence, raised quality, and reduced mistakes. That belief became Analog.

Our Story
2019

A Consultancy with a Conviction

Analog began as a consultancy focused on customized training programs, working with companies across industries to solve unique challenges with novel solutions. From the start, the mission was the same: close the gap between standardized training and what critical work actually demands.

2019 to 2020

Pioneering Applied AI and AR

We began applying artificial intelligence and augmented reality to advanced training technologies, and published research demonstrating the benefits of applied AI for process mapping: compressing information, revealing new discoveries within processes, and unlocking greater efficiency and expanded resource activation.

Today

Everything We've Learned, Working Together

We have compressed everything we have learned into a single platform and toolset. It lets us iterate faster and at higher quality than ever before. We leverage AI without depending on it. And we work directly with the experts whose knowledge defines their industries, preserving that expertise for more efficient operations and scaling it to capture opportunity through intelligent resource activation.

Our Principles

Expertise is the asset.

The knowledge inside your operation is your greatest competitive advantage. We exist to preserve and scale it.

AI is a tool.

We leverage AI for what it does best, without depending on it. The goal is better operations.

Quality data, quality outcomes.

Everything starts with the integrity of the data. We build on a foundation of quality, because the output is only as good as what it is grounded in.

Your knowledge stays yours.

Proprietary, institutional, secured. We enrich what makes you distinct and keep it yours alone.
