By applying process mining to existing operational data, we compressed the path to self-sufficiency for a textile operator from three months to three weeks — running a production line independently across 32 machines and seven machine variations, spanning equipment from the 1980s to the 2020s. The platform was built to be agnostic to any process, person, equipment, or facility. Today, our partnership enables MSC to expand the center into new professional services and grow their industry offerings.
