ManufacturingTextilesWorkforce Training

75% reduction in training time at a national textile manufacturing center.

A subject matter expert with over 40 years of experience held knowledge the operation could not afford to lose. Using our data quality system and data infrastructure, Analog accurately captured and relayed that expertise into a structured, teachable system. By applying process mining to existing operational data, we compressed the path to self-sufficiency for a textile operator from three months to three weeks, running a production line independently across 32 machines and seven machine variations spanning equipment from the 1980s to the 2020s. The platform was built to be agnostic to any process, person, equipment, or facility. Today, our partnership enables the center to expand into new professional services and grow their industry offerings.

ForestryField OperationsDigitization

From six months to three weeks: digitizing forestry field operations.

Ironwood Forestry's environmental preparation and treatment cycle was bound by manual, in-the-field processes that took months. By digitizing those operations with LiDAR scanning and data automation, Analog is projected to reduce their time to prepare and treat environments from six months to three weeks. Faster cycles made Ironwood's offerings more competitive at go-to-market, increased the volume of work they could take on, and opened the door to entirely new sectors within their industry.

MotorsportsBusiness Modernization

Reinventing a 1970s motorsports legacy for the hydrogen era.

Dawson Racing Technologies built Formula One cars in the 1970s. Analog helped them modernize a legacy business for an entirely new era, building toward hydrogen-electric race cars while reinventing the business around them. We helped transform their fan engagement, strengthen business partnerships, and expand their bandwidth, reinventing their value proposition to attract more fans, sponsors, and fractional owners.
